About The Position

The Client Care Coordinator serves as the first point of contact for clients and delivers a seamless, professional customer experience. This role manages inbound inquiries, schedules services, and ensures clear communication between clients, inspectors, and internal teams.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of customer service, call center, or administrative experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced service environment
  • Proficient with CRM systems, scheduling software, and basic office tools

Nice To Haves

  • Real estate, home services, or inspection industry experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls, emails, and online inquiries promptly and professionally
  • Schedule inspections, mitigation services, and pest control appointments accurately
  • Educate clients on services, processes, timelines, and next steps
  • Maintain accurate client records in CRM and scheduling systems
  • Coordinate with inspectors, technicians, and dispatch to ensure smooth operations
  • Handle reschedules, cancellations, and urgent requests with professionalism
  • Follow up with clients to confirm satisfaction and resolve concerns
