The Opportunity The Client Billing Projects Manager leads and delivers strategic client billing initiatives by driving process design, system implementations, and cross-functional coordination across Billing, Client Accounting, Financial Systems, Intake, Conflicts, and IT. This role ensures that client billing requirements, fee arrangements, compliance obligations, and system configurations are implemented accurately, efficiently, and consistently through structured project management and governance. Working closely with the Director of Billing and Accounts Receivable, the Client Billing Projects Manager manages complex billing initiatives, including Expert Billing implementations, rate and fee arrangement projects, and compliance workflows—to support scalable growth, operational excellence, and enhanced client service. The role requires a strong understanding of the end-to-end client billing lifecycle and a proactive approach to improving processes, controls, and supporting technology to enhance operational efficiency and client service.
