AO Globe Life is seeking Remote Policy Advisors to support the veteran community through virtual benefit consultations. No prior insurance experience is required. We provide comprehensive training, consistent mentorship, and a proven system designed to help veterans succeed in a professional remote environment. This role centers on education, guidance, and long-term client support—not cold calling or outbound prospecting. All consultations are pre-scheduled with individuals who have requested information.
Requirements

Responsibilities
- Conduct scheduled virtual consultations with veterans and working families
- Educate clients on available supplemental benefit options in a clear, straightforward manner
- Help families make informed decisions based on their needs and priorities
- Maintain accurate digital documentation and ensure timely follow-up
- Provide supportive guidance throughout the application and post-enrollment process
- Participate in weekly training, mentorship, and leadership development programs
