About The Position

AO Globe Life is seeking Remote Policy Advisors to support the veteran community through virtual benefit consultations. This opportunity is ideal for service members transitioning into civilian life, offering a structured, mission-driven career path with flexibility, stability, and long-term growth potential. No prior insurance experience is required. We provide comprehensive training, consistent mentorship, and a proven system designed to help veterans succeed in a professional remote environment. This role centers on education, guidance, and long-term client support—not cold calling or outbound prospecting. All consultations are pre-scheduled with individuals who have requested information.

Requirements

  • Authorized to work in the United States

  • Windows-based laptop or PC with a working webcam

Responsibilities

  • Conduct scheduled virtual consultations with veterans and working families
  • Educate clients on available supplemental benefit options in a clear, straightforward manner
  • Help families make informed decisions based on their needs and priorities
  • Maintain accurate digital documentation and ensure timely follow-up
  • Provide supportive guidance throughout the application and post-enrollment process
  • Participate in weekly training, mentorship, and leadership development programs
