Responsible for providing a full range of best in class professional servicing and fulfillment duties to both internal and external clients. The Client Banking Officer (CBO) – Community Banking Support role is dedicated to supporting Community Banking Relationship Managers. The role performs a variety of operational functions including, but not limited to, onboarding new deposit accounts and treasury products and services for both consumer and business clients with varying degrees of complexity. Handles incoming calls and emails regarding account inquiries from clients and business partners, and ensures daily transactions are processed accurately and efficiently. Consistently applies sound decision making techniques pertaining to inquiries, approvals and requests. Performs all duties in accordance with the Company’s policies and procedures, all U.S. state and federal laws and regulations, wherein the Company operates.
