About The Position

BMW of San Francisco is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Client Advisor to join our high-performing sales team. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven sales professional with experience in automotive or other high-end (luxury/high line) sales environments who is passionate about delivering exceptional client experiences.

Requirements

  • Previous sales experience required (automotive, luxury retail, real estate, or other high-line sales preferred)
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed
  • Ability to provide premium customer experience
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through personalized service and follow-up
  • Guide customers through the vehicle purchase process from initial inquiry to delivery
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of BMW products, features, and financing options
  • Actively prospect and generate new business opportunities through networking and outreach
  • Always maintain a high level of professionalism and brand representation
  • Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed individual and dealership sales goals
