Role Overview Client Advisors are the face of Leica within the store. They are trusted partners to clients, responsible for developing long-term relationships, delivering personalized experiences, and driving sales through storytelling, expertise, and exceptional service. In addition to sales performance, Client Advisors are accountable for supporting operational excellence - ensuring compliance, visual merchandising, inventory accuracy, and flawless execution of in-store activities in alignment with Leica's global retail standards, including clienteling and CRM discipline. This position reports to the Deputy Manager and General Manager and plays a key role in translating Leica's heritage of innovation, craftsmanship, and culture into every client interaction.
