Requirements

  • Education and Experience: 0-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or client-facing roles; sales exposure is helpful but not required.
  • User-Focused Communication: Excellent communication skills with a service-first mindset, communicate with confidence to professionals and prospects.
  • Coachability & Growth Mindset: Openness to feedback, passionate about continuous learning, and enthusiasm for skill development in a structured environment.
  • Organization & Attention to Detail: Ability to manage multiple tasks, keep accurate CRM records, and maintain organized workflows.
  • Technology Proficiency: Ability to learn and develop proficiency with internal systems, CRM tools, and relevant software.

Responsibilities

  • Lead/Prospect Research & Identification: Conduct research to identify individuals who fit Annex’s ideal client profile, leveraging marketing-generated lists and other approved sources to ensure high-quality outreach.
  • Outbound Outreach & Initial Engagement: Proactively contact prospects through phone, email, SMS to spark conversations, build interest, and create positive first impressions.
  • Lead Qualification & Sales Readiness Assessment: Evaluate inbound and outbound leads to determine interest, fit, and readiness – ensuring only well-qualified opportunities move forward.
  • Discovery Meeting Scheduling: Schedule discovery meetings for Wealth Advisors, ensuring all necessary details are captured, documented and communicated.
  • CRM Management & Data Accuracy: Maintain clean, accurate and current records in all CRM systems, ensuring activities, notes, and lead status updates are thoroughly documented.
  • Messaging Alignment & Collaboration: Collaborate with sales leadership and team members to refine outreach scripts and messaging strategies based on real-time feedback while adhering to compliance standards.
  • Activity Targets & Performance Consistency: Meet or exceed weekly and monthly outreach and meeting-setting targets with strong follow-through.
  • Work Ethic & Professionalism: Demonstrate reliability, organization, punctuality, and accountability while maintaining a professional demeanor in all interactions.
