Grow your career with Revenue Enterprises The Client Account Specialist delivers exceptional client experience for assigned accounts and serves as a trusted liaison between Revenue Enterprises and the client. This role responds promptly and accurately to client requests, prepares and presents performance reporting, escalates critical issues to leadership, and partners with Operations and IT to drive reliable outcomes. The Client Account Specialist models hospitality through timely, proactive, and professional service, including same day follow through and clear communication. The role owns HubSpot task management and initial response commitments and ensures a polished and on camera presence in every client facing interaction.

Requirements

  • Must be able to sit for work 6-8 hours per day.
  • Able to lift 3-20 lbs.
  • Communicates in a clear, professional, and friendly manner to both internal and external clients
  • Typing skills 45+ words per minute.
  • Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft EXCEL skills
  • Ability to read and interpret information.
  • Ability to communicate verbally and in writing with various individuals and clients.
  • Ability to analyze data and report on findings to Management and Clients.
  • Other duties as assigned and determined appropriate for the position.
  • Strong hospitality mindset with clear and confident communication both verbal and written
  • Analytical ability to interpret data, identify trends, and explain findings to clients and leadership
  • Initiative to anticipate needs, remove blockers, and follow through on action items
  • Organized and dependable with excellent task and time management
  • Collaborative approach with the ability to work across Operations, IT, Client Services, and Business Development

Responsibilities

  • Rapid response to clients and hospitality minded
  • Own clients follow through from end to end
  • insightful reporting and communication
  • The liaison between REL and the client
  • Manage client relationship through professional and timely responses
  • HubSpot ownership
  • Prepare accurate reports for client Monthly and Quarterly Performance Reviews
  • Attend client facing meetings on camera and professionally dressed
  • Track client referrals and REL collection trends
  • Coordinate client requests
