About The Position

This intern position could possibly work into full time employment upon graduation. The CAM is a customer facing support position focused on the client’s experience with the life cycle of Client Account Manager. This includes primary contact for client for all services, project management, invoice and inventory management, contract and vendor management, provisioning, and reporting and business intelligence. The CAM is chartered with delivering a complete consulting solution associated to network cost reduction, cost avoidance, savings and ROI and therefore ensuring recurring client satisfaction. Also, assist with recommendations relating to client’s network infrastructure to streamline costs.

Requirements

  • Must be able to work a minimum of 20 hours/week
  • Must have a basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to communicate effectively (verbal, written, email) with customers, peers, direct and senior management
  • Must have strong multi-tasking skills as this position will be handling numerous projects at the same time
  • Working toward College Degree

Responsibilities

  • Communicating with telecom carriers (on the phone and through email/online portals)
  • Managing large volumes of data in excel and application databases
  • Navigating carrier portals (wireline/wireless)
  • Assisting account managers and analysts with various projects
  • Assisting department with administrative tasks
