Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Conduct scheduled virtual consultations with clients via Zoom
  • Guide individuals and families through personalized supplemental benefit options
  • Support clients through the enrollment process with clarity and professionalism
  • Maintain organized digital records and timely follow-up communication
  • Deliver a high level of service to ensure client satisfaction
  • Participate in ongoing training, mentorship, and professional development
