Responsibilities
- Provide impeccable, white glove service to clients and be an ambassador of the brand, ensuring that every client is treated according to the Baccarat global standards.
- Demonstrate expert knowledge of products as well as Baccarat history and heritage.
- Exceed sales goals and key retail KPIs (ADT, UPT, etc.)use CRM tools to build and retain relationships with our current customer and identify potential clients.
- Proactively avoid customer service issues by finding meaningful resolutions for customers and using best-in-class customer service.
- Maintains awareness of all current marketing and promotional activity.
- Cultivate a robust client portfolio to secure a proactive and growing business.
- Assist in merchandising and maintenance of the shop floor when needed
