As a Client Access Specialist at Sagent Behavioral Health, formerly known as Ellie Mental Health, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients and clinicians, providing high-quality scheduling and support services. This client-facing role requires exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is a dependable, proactive problem-solver who is passionate about improving the client experience and supporting mental health services. This is a remote role, with only infrequent in-person in Minnesota requirements depending on business needs.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a general business, administrative, or client support environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Suite preferred.
  • Experience in a call center, healthcare, or mental health setting preferred.
  • Proficiency with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main scheduling contact for clients and clinicians providing excellent client experience.
  • Manage a high volume of inbound calls and inquiries, ensuring a professional, empathetic, and efficient client experience.
  • Schedule appointments accurately in accordance with clinician availability and organizational protocols.
  • Handle all client information with strict confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA and company policies.
  • Collaborate with teammates and cross-departmental teams to enhance operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
  • Independently troubleshoot and resolve client or scheduling issues, escalating complex matters as needed.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic health record (EHR) systems.
