As a Client Access Specialist at Sagent Behavioral Health, formerly known as Ellie Mental Health, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients and clinicians, providing high-quality scheduling and support services. This client-facing role requires exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This is a remote role, with only infrequent in-person in Minnesota requirements depending on business needs.
