Requirements

• Education: High School Diploma or GED; preferred
• Experience: 1+ Years' Experience in field or related area
• Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Certification/Licenses: None specifically required

Responsibilities

• Store, manage, and track company documents.
• Responsible for filing documents company’s document lifecycle procedures
• Responsible for issuing documents according to company’s document lifecycle procedures
• Scan, image, organize, and maintain documents, adhering to the company’s document lifecycle procedures.
• Control the retrieval of documents.
• Receive and process Requests for Information, or RFIs, from employees or clients and maintain the requests via tracking logs.
• Assist with file migration and audits
