Responsibilities include answering and routing telephone calls; organizing, maintaining, and retrieving files; accurate data entry; providing professional customer service to the public, internal staff, and outside law enforcement agencies; responding to records requests in compliance with applicable regulations; and performing other related duties as assigned.
