About The Position
This position works with the Instructional Coach to provide online academic interventions for students. It involves providing instructional and clerical support under the supervision of a classroom teacher, program coordinator/administrator, or instructional coach. Key duties include compiling and entering student data regarding grades, discipline, testing, behavior, and attendance, as well as working with individual students or small groups to reinforce material. The role also assists with coordination for school and district assessments and requires adherence to all policies, regulations, and rules.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
- Obtain a Fingerprint Clearance Card with an IVP number through the Arizona Department of Public Safety.

Responsibilities
- Respond to all internal and external customers, as it relates to the position, in a prompt, efficient, friendly, and patient manner.
- Compile and enter student data regarding grades, discipline, testing, behavior, and attendance.
- Provide instructional and clerical support under the supervision of a classroom teacher, program coordinator/administrator, or instructional coach.
- Work with individual students or small groups of students to reinforce material or skills initially introduced by a teacher.
- Provide coordination assistance for school and district assessments.
- Maintain knowledge of and adhere to all policies, regulations, and rules.
- Perform related duties as assigned in a safe and prudent manner.
- Perform related duties as assigned.
