Your Impact The Solutions Engineer II Role combines detailed technical knowledge with a dedication to the sales process and customer success. The Solutions Engineer II will support sales productivity, sales and partner enablement, and customer evaluations by collaborating closely with product and technical teams to highlight how CivicPlus solutions meet customer needs. The Solutions Engineer II is responsible for supporting front-line staff in translating prospect and customer needs into compelling solutions. They will work directly with the Client Success and Sales Organizations and other identified departments to uncover customer needs, demonstrate proof of concepts and other product functionality as well as assist with technical questions and proposals.
