Under general supervision and according to established policies and procedures, this individual will answer the phone, greet first time patients and visitors or those attending a program, complete administrative tasks in creating calendars, sign in sheets, marketing flyers, reserving conference rooms, and setting them up for programs. This person will also support outreach events, fundraisers with selling of tickets, assisting in the set up and checking in attendees. This individual may need to adjust schedule to accommodate an evening program or an occasional weekend event when required.
