The Clerk – Payroll (Building Operations/Maintenance) under the general supervision of the Director -Operations will be responsible for maintaining accurate payroll information, monitoring and verifying employee’s timesheets, resolving missed punches and recording absences for Maintenance and Operations staff in the timekeeping system in accordance with district policy and the payroll schedule. Clerk – Payroll (Building Operations/Maintenance) will be responsible for providing guidance and resources to employee payroll related inquires and questions.
