The Front Desk Clerk at Treasure Island Hotel Casino is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and smooth check-in and check-out processes. This part-time role involves managing guest accounts, answering inquiries, and performing various administrative tasks to support the front desk operations.

  • Welcome guests to the property and provide AAA 4 Diamond service.
  • Check guests in and out of the hotel.
  • Settle guest's accounts, bills, and collect correct methods of payments.
  • Answer basic property questions and provide information regarding rooms, restaurants, and entertainment for the guests.
  • Answer multi-line phone system for guests and provide assistance when necessary.
  • Perform all duties deemed necessary for the success of the department.
  • Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.
  • Excellent customer service skills required.
  • Knowledge using keyboards, phones, and basic office equipment including a fax machine, copier, and printer is preferred.
  • 1 - 2 years' front desk experience preferred.
  • 1 - 2 years' customer service experience preferred.
  • Lodging Management System (LMS) experience preferred.
  • Experience in handling cash, credit cards and traveler's checks preferred.
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
