Essential duties include maintaining various program records, tracking compliance, inputting data, producing reports, and providing program information to staff, parents, and professionals while maintaining confidentiality. The Clerk - Attendance operates computers and various software, stays current on program rules, tracks projects and deadlines, and provides clerical support such as typing correspondence, managing calendars, and maintaining files. Other functions include handling incoming mail, providing backup assistance, potentially working with auditors, and serving on district committees.
