PRIMARY PURPOSE: Process and maintain student attendance records; enter and update PEIMS information; assist with student registration; work independently and perform work of a general office nature which assists with the smooth operation of the campus QUALIFICATIONS: Education/Certification: High School Diploma or GED Special Knowledge/Skills: Ability to operate a computer and related software; ability to communicate effectively (verbal and written); manage multiple assignments; ability to communicate in both English and Spanish, preferred Experience: Minimum of one (1) year of general office experience preferably in a public education environment Days: 222 Pay Grade: CT-02 Hourly Pay Range: Minimum: $14.70 Maximum: $20.52 Note: Starting pay for a new hire in a pay range plan will be determined individually based on each person's job-related experience and salaries paid to peer employees in the same position with similar experience.
