About The Position

Under direct supervision, process all incoming orders from PowerSell, customers, and BAKEMARK affiliates as assigned. Essentials Duties and Responsibilities: The employee will have direct communication with the export customers, receive orders, enter orders in NDS, ensure all export documentation is ready for shipment, ensure product is available prior to shipment, ensure all product is properly labeled as needed for the specific destination, schedule pick-ups, create invoices, and complete all shipping documentation. The employee will stay up to date on export regulations and coordinate with others to ensure we are compliant. The employee will resolve issues with the customer with the long-term interest of BakeMark as the focus. The employee may need to calculate contract pricing and enter contract pricing in NDS.This position requires critical thinking and higher levels of decision making. The employee will need to be a self-starter, anticipate issues before they occur, and come-up with solutions quickly.The candidate should require minimal supervision. Treat all customers both external and internal with dignity and respect. Adhere to all company policies, procedures and safety rules as stated in the Employee Handbook and otherwise posted or communicated. Other duties will be assigned as needed to meet company goals and objectives.
