Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and maintaining calendars for team members or management.
  • Prepare and format documents, reports, and presentations as needed to support various departments.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate with vendors to ensure timely replenishment.
  • Support the onboarding process by preparing necessary documentation and coordinating with HR.
  • Respond to routine inquiries and provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
