Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in office administration is a plus.
  • Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role preferred.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
  • Customer service experience is highly valued.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and patient confidentiality practices is a plus.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate patient records in the electronic health record systems.
  • Manage appointment scheduling and reminders for both patients and staff.
  • Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Assist with the preparation and organization of office documents, materials, and supplies.
  • Ensure confidentiality and compliance with privacy regulations in handling patient information.
  • Support staff with various clerical tasks as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and organized office environment.
