As a Clerical Assistant 2, you will be a key support for our staff, enhancing their ability to serve Pennsylvania citizens. You will engage in a variety of clerical and general office duties by following office procedures and using relevant systems. You will interact with the general public in a courteous and professional manner both in person and via telephone. Other duties involve utilizing basic computer skills to perform various office functions including data entry, customer service, scanning, imaging, filing, answering phones, and processing mail and voice mail. Requirements

  • Six months as a Clerical Assistant 1 (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration); or
  • Graduation from high school; or
  • An equivalent combination of experience and training.

  • You must be able to perform essential job functions.
  • A conditional offer of employment will require submission of criminal history reports.
