Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum 1 year of general office or customer service experience required.
Technically proficient in Windows, Microsoft Office applications (especially MS Word and Excel).
Basic accounting knowledge or prior accounting experience helpful.

Responsibilities

Compile and follow the daily recording update order placed by branches, which includes arranging for pick-up of any attachments required to complete recording packets, prepares documents in accordance with recording regulations, compiles all attachments in proper order and forwards completed packet to the designated title company’s Recording Departments by their deadline.
Coordinate the deliveries of payoff checks in a timely manner, keeping a record of payoff checks to be delivered.
Access, input and retrieve information in the computer’s messenger program, file storage program, order tracking system and supply program. Communicate with the assigned branches and informs them of any problems that arise or any matters that should be brought to their attention.
Sort, package, and distribute recorded documents from the Bureau of Conveyance via mail, pouch, and/or courier service.
Support branch with scanning of documents.
Retrieve messages from the computer and telephone, and responds appropriately with client and coworker calls, actions and requests in a timely manner.
Make courier deliveries to clients, banks, and other establishment as requested.
