About The Position

The back office is the heart of operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly. You will oversee the core functionalities ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Responsibilities include reconciling trades, managing settlements, and optimizing operational processes. You'll collaborate closely with various trading teams, gaining a broad view of the fund's activities. We increasingly leverage technology for automation and efficiency, and our back office becomes a hub for implementing, testing, and refining these technologies, making it exciting for those inclined towards fintech. Requirements

Solid understanding of futures, with a preference for knowledge about futures' fees and expirations
Experience with equity reconciliations and corporate actions is a plus
2+ years of the industry experience
Experience with Enfusion or other Portfolio management software
Self-motivated individual with an inclination to ask questions and operate with minimal supervision
Proficient both in written and verbal communication

Responsibilities

Resolve prior day breaks including trade, dividend, position, fee, and cash discrepancies
Input daily accruals for stock loan and financing activities
Monitor automation and identify discrepancies between internal systems and broker data
Allocate time for process improvement projects and address unique issues as they arise
