Responsibilities

• Thorough review and analysis of production contracts to ensure full editing rights are secured for all programs.
• Examine location and personal releases, talent agreements, and other related documents to identify any material restrictions, effectively communicating these to studios to guide their editing decisions.
• Review Edit Decision Lists (EDLs) for each AI-generated version of content to confirm no restricted materials appear in the final cuts.
• Accurate documentation of all project work, supporting future reporting and audit needs.
• Provide additional support to studios or the rights team as required.
