Cleanroom Operator Swing shift 3:15pm-11:45pm
About The Position
The Cleanroom Operator is responsible for visually inspecting, preparing, washing, and packaging medical devices within a cleanroom environment, strictly adhering to work instructions and cleanroom procedures for garbing, cleaning, and safety. This role requires maintaining a sterile environment by shielding products from particles, dirt, allergens, and other contaminants. Key accountabilities include ensuring work order compliance, maintaining cleanroom procedures, managing supply inventory, and accurate data/paperwork. The operator is expected to meet standards for efficiencies, scrap, and safety, execute and maintain scheduling due dates, recognize and correct setup issues, and achieve daily production objectives by meeting job efficiency standards (Parts Per Hour). Proper completion of all required production documentation and compliance with department and company SOPs are essential.
Requirements

- High school diploma or GED.
- Willingness to work Full Time in a cleanroom environment.
- Ability to work and grow in team oriented work environment.
- Good written and oral communication.
- Ability to sit and/or stand for long periods of time; will be required to stoop, reach, bend on occasion.
- Ability to lift, push and pull 40LBS.
Nice To Haves
- Prior manufacturing and or production experience.
- Prior cleanroom experience.
Responsibilities

- Follow all required cleanroom procedures for garbing, cleaning, and safety.
- Strictly adhere to rules and protocols that shield products from exposure to particles, dirt, allergens, and other contaminates in order to maintain a sterile environment.
- Responsible for meeting the standards for efficiencies, scrap, and safety.
- Execute and maintain scheduling due dates.
- Recognize and correct any issues within the setup process.
- Obtain daily production objectives by meeting job efficiency standards (Parts Per Hour).
- Comply with department and company SOPs.
- Properly completing all required production documentation.
