This position involves visually inspecting, preparing, washing, and packaging medical devices within a cleanroom environment. The operator is responsible for adhering to all cleanroom procedures, including garbing, cleaning, and safety protocols, to maintain a sterile environment free from particles, dirt, allergens, and other contaminants. Key accountabilities include work order compliance, maintaining cleanroom procedures, managing supply inventory, and accurate data/paperwork. The role requires meeting standards for efficiencies, scrap, and safety, executing and maintaining scheduling due dates, recognizing and correcting setup issues, and achieving daily production objectives by meeting job efficiency standards (Parts Per Hour). Proper completion of all required production documentation and compliance with department and company SOPs are essential.
