If so, we’d love to have you on our team. As a Service Technician at Sole Source Medical, you’ll play a vital role in keeping hospital equipment clean, safe, and ready for patient care. Your work directly supports healthcare teams—without disrupting hospital flow or patient experience. Who Are We? Sole Source Medical specializes in efficient, deep cleaning and inspection of medical equipment in hospital environments. We work behind the scenes to help hospitals maintain the highest standards of safety and compliance. What You'll Do? Perform deep cleaning and detailed inspections of medical equipment Work throughout hospital departments including: Operating Rooms (OR) Emergency Department Labor & Delivery Sterile Processing Decontamination areas Follow established cleaning, safety, and inspection protocols Communicate professionally with hospital staff and internal team members Requirements What We’re Looking For This role is open to entry-level candidates—no prior medical experience required.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills
  • Active learning and critical-thinking abilities
  • Complex problem-solving mindset
  • Customer-first attitude
  • English fluency
  • Ability to pass drug screening and background check
  • Proof of childhood immunizations, COVID-19 vaccination, and booster
  • Ability to sit, stand, bend, twist, kneel, crouch, crawl, and perform repetitive motions for extended periods
  • Comfortable working in tight or awkward spaces
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull 50+ pounds
  • Technicians regularly travel 1+ hours to hospital locations (reliable transportation required)
  • Weekend and holiday availability required

Benefits

  • Mileage Allowance: $400/month (starts after promotion to Dept. Coordinator - typically within first 6 months)
