About The Position

Environment Control is hiring a dependable and detail-oriented Cleaning Supervisor to oversee daily cleaning operations and ensure high-quality service at assigned commercial accounts. This role is ideal for someone with supervisory experience in janitorial or commercial cleaning who enjoys leading teams and maintaining strong client relationships.

Requirements

• Previous supervisory experience (janitorial or commercial cleaning preferred)
• Knowledge of commercial cleaning methods, tools, and supplies
• Strong organizational, time-management, and leadership skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Reliable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Flexible availability, including occasional weekends

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support cleaning/janitorial staff
• Assign daily work schedules and tasks
• Monitor employee performance and attendance
• Conduct routine inspections to ensure cleaning standards are met
• Train new hires on proper cleaning procedures and safety policies
• Manage cleaning supplies, equipment, and inventory
• Deliver supplies and equipment to job sites as needed
• Communicate with clients and address concerns professionally
• Enforce company policies and safety standards
• Complete basic reports and documentation
