About The Position
At Environment Control , we have a passion for quality. We are a commercial cleaning company with over 50 years of experience , and we are currently looking for a Supervisor to oversee accounts in the West chester, Ohio area .
Responsibilities
- Train new employees and retrain staff as needed
- Ensure employees check in each morning.
- Perform building inspections
- Resolve customer complaints
- Provide fill-in cleaning and coverage for open accounts
- Work with employees to clean within budgeted time
- Perform Supply and equipment delivery when needed.
- Submit daily operations reports at the end of each shift
Benefits
- $18.00 per hour
