About The Position
Are you looking for a part-time opportunity that fits around your schedule and helps you earn some additional income ? We’re searching for motivated, reliable individuals who want flexible work and a chance to grow. We’re on the lookout for new cleaning professionals for positions we have in office buildings in Mandeville, La. We have immediate openings and multiple positions to fill. This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking for part-time work. You will be working Monday-Friday, after 5:00 pm, with 3-hour shifts. These positions pay $13.00/hour. Requirements
- Must be able to successfully pass a criminal background check.
- Own or have access to reliable transportation.
- Speak and understand English
- Own a cell phone (preferably a smartphone) that allows you to be contacted reliably, clock in/clock out, and receive daily assignments.
- Comfortably lift 40 lbs without risk of injury.
- Be available for 15+ hours/week.
- A self-starter who is comfortable with accountability
- A hard worker with an eye for detail
- Comfortable working independently or on a team
- Comfortable working in a building after hours
- Passionate about a job well done
- A positive person who looks to add value to every situation
Responsibilities
- Cleaning of offices and common areas, including, but not limited to, hallways, common areas, and public bathrooms.
- Cleaning duties include, but are not limited to, dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, etc.
- Communicating with team members proactively should any aspect of your cleaning not be completed.
- Following all health and safety regulations provided.
