About The Position

The Kitchen Cleaning Crew is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards for all front of the house spaces, including communal areas, dining areas, and restrooms, etc., using machine and manual cleaning methods.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Ability to read and comprehend labels on chemicals.
Experience working in a commercial restaurant.
Compliant with state Alcoholic Beverage Control regulations.

Responsibilities

Clean and maintain all front-of-house spaces, dining areas, restrooms, hallways, and communal areas across the restaurants.
Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and sanitize floors and surfaces to maintain cleanliness and safety standards.
Clean and disinfect restrooms throughout the shift, including toilets, sinks, mirrors, floors, and fixtures.
Refill restroom supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper as needed.
Removed trash and recycling from front-of-house areas and transport to designated disposal areas or dumpsters.
Clean windows, doors, walls, baseboards, and high-touch surfaces as directed.
Clean, roll, and unroll floor mats as needed.
Respond promptly to spills or messes to ensure floors remain clean, dry, and safe.
Perform opening cleaning duties for morning shifts or ongoing maintenance cleaning during operating hours for evening shifts.
Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies; report any damaged or malfunctioning equipment to management.
Follow all safety, sanitation, and cleaning procedures and standards.
Communicate with manager regarding supply needs, maintenance issues, or unusual conditions.
Weekend availability required; must be able to work early morning and/or evening shifts.
Other duties as directed.
Weekly attendance to Aloha Culture Meeting.
