About The Position

Cleaning Support Technician CleanTeam is hiring a Cleaning Support Technician for the South Bend, IN area to assist our management team and support daily operations. This role is ideal for someone dependable, flexible, and willing to step in where needed to help keep our sites running smoothly. The Cleaning Support Technician will assist managers by filling in open shifts, helping guide and support team members on site, and completing general cleaning and deep cleaning tasks as needed. Duties may include sweeping, mopping, dusting, trash removal, restroom cleaning, and detailed deep cleaning projects. This position requires the ability to work independently as well as alongside a team. Applicants should have a strong work ethic, be reliable, and able to adapt to changing schedules or locations. Prior cleaning experience is preferred but not required. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required, as travel between locations may be necessary within the South Bend area.
