Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent (HS Diploma or GED)
Previous leadership experience
Strict adherence to GMP/SOP protocols
Ability to lift 50lbs.
Incredible attention to detail—especially when it comes to documentation and safety rules.
Flexibility to work 12-hour night shifts, including weekends and holidays as scheduled.
Ability to follow a strict dress code (no cosmetics or jewelry) and work in a controlled cleanroom environment.

Responsibilities

Lead daily, weekly, and quarterly room sanitization in GMP process areas.
Act as a Lead Custodian to oversee waste disposal and the stocking of manufacturing supplies like PPE and gowning articles.
Verify sanitization agent rotations and ensure all labeling and GDP/ALCOA documentation is 100% accurate.
Collaborate with Quality and Facility teams to manage cleaning schedules that meet strict GMP requirements.
Monitor inventory levels and participate in cycle counting for gowning articles and supplies.
Strictly follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and ensure the team passes all gowning qualification tests.
