Clean-Out Laborer
About The Position
Caring Transitions of San Marcos and Kyle, TX helps seniors and families through life transitions by providing compassionate assistance with downsizing, estate cleanouts, relocations, and home organization. We are a team-oriented company that values hard work, kindness, and integrity. We are seeking reliable, respectful, and physically capable individuals to assist with the clean-out and removal of household items from homes, estates, and properties. This is a labor-only position, with no moving truck driving or transportation of items required. Work is project based, and hours vary weekly.
Requirements
- Able to lift 50-75 lbs repeatedly
- Physically fit and comfortable working on your feet and outdoors
- Punctual, reliable, and ready to hustle
- Applicant MUST have own vehicle to get to job sites or designated meet-up spot
Responsibilities
- Load and remove furniture, trash, debris, and junk from homes, offices, and properties
- Carry heavy items safely up/down stairs and into large commercial dumpsters that are placed onsite
- Work on-site as part of a team to clean out spaces quickly and efficiently
- Sort items for donation, recycling, or disposal
- Assist with setup, light demo, and clean up as needed
- Represent the company professionally and respectfully with clients
