About The Position

We are looking for a Supervisory person to lead as the Farm Clean-Out Lead. This position will be responsible to lead and monitor the cleaning of depleted farms, ensure proper chemicals are used for sanitation, work with heavy machinery, and overall daily responsibilities for crew members. Job Description: Drive crews of employees to farms to start job clean up Drive machinery which certifications will be administered Responsible for time management of crew and job to ensure work is done correctly Ensure use of chemicals to clean and sanitized all machinery and areas assigned Put together/Tear down machinery at beginning/end of cleanup shift Help setup before production starts (lower nest boxes, feeders, drinker lines, etc.) Responsible for task delegation for crews File reports for managers to pull farm clean out depletion data Inventory vehicles, machinery, and chemical Perform other duties assigned by supervisor, area leader and Sanitation Manager Ability to work cooperatively with supervisors, coworkers Do all tasks assigned by members of management Must be able to work in other departments as needed Must be able to perform other duties as assigned We play a leading role in feeding the world's future generations. Requirements

  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Must be able to pass a physical to receive a Health Card
  • Ability to work unsupervised and self-motivate
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays and extended shift hours
  • Sound work ethic, honesty and moral character
  • Basic understanding of machinery tears down and setup
  • Basic Chemical understanding a strong plus
  • Monitoring clean up (parts) experience
  • 2 years of clean out crew experience

Nice To Haves

  • Poultry experience preferred but not required
