About The Position

Are you passionate about making a difference in young children's lives? Ready to step into a meaningful, hands-on role where every day brings something new? Join our Head Start team as a Pre-School Classroom Teaching Aide and help shape the future, one child at a time! As a Classroom Teaching Aide, you'll be at the heart of our early learning program, working with children ages 3 to 5 in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Requirements

High School Diploma
Willingness to enroll in our CDA program upon hire (completed within 1 year)
Ability to follow directions and communicate in English

Responsibilities

Help create a safe, engaging, and nurturing classroom
Support daily learning activities and child development
Collaborate with experienced educators
Rotate through different classrooms, gaining exposure to a variety of teaching styles and approaches (a fantastic learning opportunity!)
