Classroom Teacher (4th grade)
About The Position
Classroom Teacher is responsible for planning, organizing, and delivering instruction that helps students develop academically, socially, and emotionally. The teacher ensures alignment with North Carolina Standard Course of Study and incorporates best practices in instruction, assessment, and classroom management to support a positive and inclusive learning environment. - Full-time, 10-month position - Reports to the Principal - May coordinate and direct the activities of instructional assistants or volunteers - Salary based on a school-adopted pay scale modeled after the North Carolina Public School Salary Schedule, plus 10% supplement - Full benefits package available with full-time employment
