Infant /Toddler Classroom Aide Child Focus 4629 Aicholtz Rd., Cincinnati, OH 45244 - Clermont County Hours : Full time, Year round Availability between 7:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. Hourly Rate : 15.35 per hour Degree Required: High School Diploma/GED Additional Requirements: Ability to lift a child weighing 40 pounds. Ability to obtain certification in CPR and First Aid. Pass physical examination, background check, and drug screen, and maintain required Physical/TB screen requirements. Primary Job Responsibilities: The Classroom Aide is responsible for assisting in the daily operations of a Infant / Toddler classroom. Preferred candidates will: Relate positively with young children and families Be passionate about providing quality care and learning opportunities as well as a safe environment for young children Work cooperatively with other team members Maintain an attractive, well-kept classroom that encourages children to create, explore and grow. Love children and wish to work in a team-oriented environment Meet basic requirements of local child care regulatory agency Have knowledge and interest of the social, emotional and creative needs of young children Have previous teaching or assistant teaching position in a licensed early childhood program preferred, but not required as training provided Child Focus is seeking a dedicated early childhood professionals to serve as an Infant /Toddler Classroom Aide in an Infant Toddler Classroom implementing a research-based curriculum. Duties include set up and maintenance of classroom, engaging with infants and toddlers, diaper changing and fostering learning and growth. Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Ability to lift a child weighing 40 pounds.
