This position serves as a Job Classification Manager for assigned areas of the Department of Corrections. The individual will serve as an expert on job classification and organizational structures. The person will work closely with the agency staff in Labor Relations, Union Representatives, Legal Services, Executive and Management staff, and Central Management Services and shall create a sound, professional working relationship with the same. The position works in a strong team environment alongside other Human Resources Managers. We are looking for an energetic candidate looking to be an integral part of the Human Resources team.
