About The Position
Position: Class B Welder Products: Waste heat recovery equipment designed and built to ASME Code: waste heat and process gas boilers (firetube boilers, watertube boilers), steam drums, economizers, superheaters, Pressure Vessels.
Requirements
- Experience with Flux Core (FCAW), Stick (SMAW).
- Experience with Tig (GTAW) and / or Submerged arc Welding (SAW).
- Weld in all positions (Flat, Horizontal, Vertical, Overhead).
- Must be able to Pass X-rays and other Non-Destructive testing methods.
- Variety of ferrous and non-ferrous materials, Carbon, Stainless, Chrome and Nickel alloys.
- All work must meet ASME Code, Company and Client requirements,
- Weld in many positions (overhead, flat, horizontal, vertical)
- Proficient using Carbon arc gouge and cutting torch.
- Read and understand drawings and welding procedures
- 5 Plus years of experience in a manufacturing setting required.
