Nielson Construction is hiring for the summer season! We are looking for CDL Drivers to support our Excavation, Concrete, or Construction teams. A valid Class A or B CDL is required for this role. Requirements

A valid driver's license is required.
A valid Class A or B CDL is required.
Reliable transportation to and from work is required.
Ability to work overtime including the occasional night or weekend.
Some heavy lifting of over 50 pounds is required.

Responsibilities

Operate straight end dumps, side dumps, low boys, and more.
Transport aggregate, rubble, equipment, or other construction materials to and from jobsites.
Position the truck to discharge the load as directed on the job site.
Comply with all traffic rules and DOT regulations.
Perform daily pre- and post-trip inspections on all vehicles assigned to you.
Assist with traffic control as needed.
Adhere to all company safety policies and standards.
Perform daily jobsite and equipment cleaning.
Maintain accurate timecards.
Other duties as assigned.
