Position Highlights: Local routes – home every night Earn $1,000–$1,600+ per week (based on experience & loads) Quarterly Attendance Bonus Annual Safe Driving Bonus Monthly Gainsharing Bonus What You’ll Do: Safely transport engineered precast/prestress concrete products to job sites Ensure all loads are properly secured and meet safety standards Assist with loading and unloading using forklifts/cranes as needed Follow all DOT and company safety regulations Perform pre-trip/post-trip inspections and routine equipment checks Use ELD systems to log inspections, hours, and maintenance Communicate effectively with dispatch to ensure timely deliveries Verify product counts and condition before departure and upon delivery Support team operations and assist other departments when needed
Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL with a clean driving record
- At least 1 year of driving experience
- Ability to haul oversized and heavy loads
- Flatbed experience preferred (but not required)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
