Job details: Starting Pay: $0.56 CPM, up to $0.64 CPM after 5 years of experience Avg Weekly Miles: 2,500 Avg weekly pay: $1300-$1500 Pay Raises: Every 3–6 months, reaching $0.64 CPM at 5 years Freight Type: Dry Van, 100% no-touch, 50% drop-and-hook Home Time: 14 days out, 2 full days home; truck can be taken home during breaks Benefits: Full benefits after 30 days (Medical, Dental, PTO, 401K, and more) Vacation Pay: $800 after 1 year of service Perks: Rider & pet policy For CDL-A Graduates (Trainees): Must be 21+ with a valid CDL-A 120+ hours from accredited school Solid 10-year work history (no major gaps, outside of school or training) Training Pay: $650/week for 200–250 hours (4–6 weeks) Starting Pay After Training: $0.56 CPM Benefits: Full benefits after 30 days (Medical, Dental, PTO, 401K, and more) Perks: Rider & pet allowed after training Requirements for All Drivers: Must be 21+ with a valid CDL-A Class A CDL with at least 6 months of recent CDL experience Clean driving record with no major accidents or violations in the last 5 years No DOT Preventable accidents or major accidents in the last 5 years No DUI's, felonies, or misdemeanors in the last 10 years Must pass urine AND hair pre-employment drug screen Kickstart your trucking career with top-notch training, solid pay, and reliable home time.
