Regional CDL-A Drivers – Trainees & Experienced Welcome
About The Position
Join our refrigerated freight team running primarily east of the Mississippi River, with occasional West Coast runs. Enjoy steady miles, competitive pay, and reliable home time. Position Details: Route: Regional – avg. 2,500 miles/week Pay: $0.56–$0.65 per mile based on experience Average Weekly Pay: $1,300–$1,600 Home Time: 14 days on the road, 2 days at home Freight: 100% refrigerated, 50% drop-and-hook Training Program: Training pay: $650 per week for 4–6 weeks Paid orientation and travel expenses covered Learn from experienced drivers and get hands-on regional training Full support during your transition from trainee to driver Minimum 120+ hours from accredited CDL school and solid work history Benefits: Full benefits after 30 days: medical, dental, 401(k), and more Paid time off, vacation, rider & pet policy Equal Opportunity Employer: We are an Equal Opportunity Employer. Requirements
- Must be 21+ with a valid CDL-A license
- For experienced drivers: minimum 6 months recent CDL-A experience
- Clean driving record with no major accidents or violations in past 5 years
- No DUIs, felonies, or misdemeanors in past 10 years
- Must pass urine and hair drug screening
