Class A Driver
About The Position
Maine Oxy is currently hiring a full time Class A CDL Driver with Hazmat Endorsement to drive a truck loaded with compressed gas cylinders, liquid cylinders and hard goods to deliver to customers on scheduled route. What You’ll Do: Drive a delivery truck (up to 20-ton) on a set route Deliver gas cylinders and hard goods to customers Pick up empty cylinders, return to plant for refilling Complete basic paperwork for deliveries Perform daily truck safety checks Use forklift/pallet jack when needed Keep safety a top priority at all time Maine Oxy is an Equal Opportunity Employer
Requirements
- Class A CDL (Hazmat + Air Brakes required)
- Clean driving record (no recent accidents/violations)
- At least 1 year driving experience (or recent driving school)
- Ability to lift 25–75 lbs regularly (sometimes more)
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather
- Basic communication and customer service skills
- Must be 21+
