About The Position

Class A Dedicated Doubles Driver - Touch Freight - Home Weekly POSITION DETAILS Average Weekly Pay: $1,725/week (running 1,500 miles and completing 3 loads) Top Performers: Up to $2,200/week (top 10% of drivers) Sign-On Bonus: $1,000 ($500 after first load, $500 after 30 days) Home Time: Home weekly for a 34-hour reset (drivers in the Front Royal, VA area may have opportunity for additional home time) Coverage Area: VA, NC, DC, PA, NJ, OH, MD, and WV - all within 700 miles of the distribution center Average Miles: 1,500 miles per week Stops: 1-6 stops per trailer; minimum 3 loads required per week Freight Type: 100% touch freight, live unload at store locations Unload Pay: $250 per unloaded trailer Weekly Incentive: $125 for completing 3 unloads Backhaul Pay: $35 Schedule: Runs include nights, weekends, and holidays as they fall within the driver's schedule Equipment: Assigned trucks after completing training Support: On-site staff at the distribution center and 24/7 fleet coverage Vacation: 1 Year: 1 week, 2 Years: 2 weeks, 7 Years: 3 weeks, 10 Years: 4 weeks REQUIREMENTS Must have 3 Months Class A Driving Experience Must be 21 years of age or older No SAP violations in the past 5 years Must pass DOT physical and drug test Doubles endorsement required Experience with hard backing maneuvers Ability to physically unload freight at store locations Patience and strong customer service skills BENEFITS Health Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401(k) Retirement Plan
